Quite possible but only through the American pipeline built by Rockefeller foundation..

I suspect that's a comment about the title rather than the article content?

These aren't the only ways China gained influence. Many western institutions were keen to get involved there and the US government saw it as an opportunity to encourage moderate factions in the leadership and bring about political reform. We were blind to the true nature of the regime and the intransigence of the political system.

I'm from a family of Australian scientists and was once proud of our national science agency. Very disappointed in what they've become. I approached the executives thinking they might take an interest and investigate it themselves. Sadly, they prefer to deny, cover-up and obstruct my attempts to shed light. They've become a menace to the Australian public - and the world.
